Responsibilities:

• Provide routine nursing care in compliance with care plans

• Administer medications and monitor resident conditions

• Support CNAs and communicate with the nursing team

• Document accurately in patient records

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania

• CPR/BLS certification

• Previous long-term care experience preferred
